How do I receive my font once I made the purchase?
After completing your purchase, you can download your font by following either of these two methods:
  1. On the ‘Thank You’ page that appears after checkout, click the provided download button to retrieve your font.
  2. Within a few minutes of your successful checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email followed by another email that contains a download link to the purchased font.
What type of font formats do I receive?
Basically, We provide a variety of font formats including TTF, OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 but the file type you will receive depends on which license you choose/purchase. Please see below for the details:

  • Standard License – OTF & TTF
  • Webfont License – WOFF
  • Professional License – OTF, TTF, WOFF & WOFF2
  • Extended License – OTF, TTF, WOFF & WOFF2
  • Studio License – OTF, TTF, WOFF & WOFF2
  • Enterprise License – OTF, TTF, WOFF & WOFF2

I don’t have a Paypal. Do you have an alternative payment method?
When you checkout, you can find Debit or Credit Card button.
How do I install the fonts I purchase?
The installation process varies depending on your operating system.
  • On a PC: Double click on the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install.”
  • On a Mac: Double click on the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install Font.” or you can manually install fonts to bypass Fontbook: Copy (CMD + C) the file(s) either OTF or TTF format, then Paste (CMD + V) the files into this folder: HD > Library > Fonts.
What type of license does this store has?

How long is the font license valid for? Do I need to renew the contract?
The font license is perpetual, which means that it is valid indefinitely. There is no need to renew the contract or pay additional fees to continue using the font after the initial purchase. Once you have purchased a license, you can use the font for as long as you like, without any expiration or renewal requirements.
Can I use the fonts I purchase for commercial purposes?
Yes, all of our fonts come with a commercial license, allowing you to use them for commercial projects.
What happens if I lose the font file?
You can always download the font file again from your account on our website.
Can I transfer the font license to someone else?
No, the font license is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that purchased it.
